Supervise technical personnel to ensure they perform their duties safely and accurately, following relevant documentation. Take direct responsibility for aircraft documentation, ensuring all necessary certifications are promptly and accurately recorded. Be ready to respond quickly to Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations during deployed operations.
