Our Truck Managers are responsible for all Health and Safety, stock control & team management as well as delivering excellent customer service. About you: * Previous experience as a Truck/Commercial technician or manager * Experience managing a team * Excellent customer service skills * Experience in a professional workshop environment * Experience of managing multiple priorities * Working knowledge of relevant Health & Safety requirements * Ensure the work is carried out in line with Company policies and procedures * Full valid Driving Licence About the role: * Managing and motivating the team of 2 Truck Technicians, driving the teams sales and providing training to the team when necessary * Ensure you do not work on any product or service that you have not been assessed as competent in or trained to carry out. * Ensure the work completed on each vehicle is carried out safely and to a high standard. * To maintain accurate documentation in line with company policies and procedures * Maintain the security of the branch, its stock, assets, customer information, and takings. * Maintain accurate stock control systems and processes and make available for audit in accordance with company guidelines. * Ensure that equipment and machinery is regularly maintained and serviced to allow safe operation. * Ensure stock deliveries are stored and booked into stock on the day of delivery * Call out rota Why join Protyre?
