The basic salary is $56,216.16 per annum (approx 44k Sterling) , with an additional incentive program. The incentive program is based on the following: After forty hours have been sold, a bonus rate of thirty (approx £24) per additional hour sold kicks in. They are looking for an experienced and fully qualified technician to join their team! As a technician, you will be responsible for carrying out required inspections, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicle brands mostly Japanese & German Brands. To be considered for the role, you must have at least 5 years of post-apprenticeship mechanical experience and possess City & Guilds qualifications at level 3 (or equivalent). You should also have proven experience and thorough knowledge of fundamental components such as steering and suspension, brake, ventilation, heating and air-conditioning, airbag and restraints, fuel and emission, gas/diesel/electric engines, electronics and electricity, manual and automatic transmission, as well as working knowledge and experience with electric vehicle technology. In addition to your technical skills, you should also have strong verbal and written communication skills, be able to operate under pressure and work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays), and have a valid clean driver's license.
