Automotive Service Advisor required in Norwich, Norfolk Permanent, Full Time, Monday-Friday + Saturday mornings on rota £30,000 + bonuses with earnings of £36,000 An opportunity to join a highly successful Main Car Dealership. We are looking for a customer-focused individual who is committed to providing the highest level of customer care to all customers, maximising referrals and returning customers. The role involves greeting customers into the Service department, checking through paperwork in relation to any work required on the customer's vehicle, liaising with the Workshop Technicians where required in terms of work carried out on the vehicle, arranging collection or delivery of the vehicle & taking payments. Requirements: * Customer-facing, customer service experience - Motor Trade experience would be highly beneficial. * Experience working in a fast paced and target driven environment. * Computer literate; * Strong communication skills and a good telephone manner.
