Automotive Service Advisor required near Derby up to £35,000 basic + overtime Monday to Friday – no weekends Our client, an expanding Classic Car Specialist is seeking an experienced and technically minded-Service Advisor to work on some of the nicest vehicles in the Automotive industry. This business is well established in the area and is well renowned and holds a great reputation for its quality service and repairs. You must hold a proven background as a Service Advisor and will require a fantastic standard of customer service. The job will not be inundated with upselling but focusing solely on the customer experience. Key Responsibilities/Skills: * Greeting customers and scheduling services * Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle * Maintain high standards of inventory management and parts ordering.
