S-Knights are looking for an experience Internal Quality Assurer with an automotive (HGV) background. As an IQA your role will be to support quality improvement activity, providing internal verification and assessment, leading the successful preparation of learners for EPA, securing a high percentage of higher grades. Key Accountabilities Ensure compliance with AO, regulatory, and company policies. Maintain high standards across all delivery and assessments. Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and feedback. Support higher criteria achievement through effective assessments. Standardize QA processes for mock and RFG assessments. Analyze EPA outcomes, retention, and sampling results to identify trends and risks. Inform improvement activities based on analysis. Ensure KSBs (Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors) are met and assessments support higher criteria achievement. Verify assessment decisions based on a risk-based sampling plan. Provide constructive feedback to Delivery Coaches (DCs) and maintain feedback records. Coach new colleagues on ESFA, EPA, and AO compliance. Deliver TAQA/Assessor and Verifier units to new and existing DCs. Lead the SOA process and manage documentation. Lead preparation for EQA visits and ensure actions are addressed. Requirements: Hold an A1 / V1 Assessor Award (D32/D33/A1/V1/TAQA) Functional Skills Maths, English and ICT Level 2 (or equivalent) Relevant occupational qualification in Heavy and/or Light Vehicle or similar. Electric Vehicle up to Level 4 would also be a bonus. Experience of delivering successful apprenticeships that result in timely. achievement and a high percentage of high grades at End Point Assessment. Experience of managing efficient assessment processes and evidence capture. Relevant occupational sector experience, and/or current updated CPD. Key Points: Ability to travel to locations throughout the UK as required. Full valid driving licence. Overnight stays as required. 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday). Flexible Working.
