Automotive Bodyshop All Rounder Shift Patterns: Monday – Friday (1 Saturday in 4) PAYE Rate: £18 p/h Hours: 7am – 5pm Igloo has a fantastic opportunity for automotive bodyshop operatives based in Paddock Wood, in Kent. This role offers the successful candidate an excellent opportunity to work within one of the UK’s leading automotive and vehicle auction companies who have operations across the country. The Role: Within the role, you will be working within an auction house setting ensuring the vehicles meet the standards ahead of being put into auction. Successful candidates will be working on but not limited to: * Painting a range of vehicles * Preparation of vehicles prior to painting * Filling * Masking * Sanding when needed * Polishers * Body repairs * Snagging & quick fix * Vehicles can range from small family cars through to light commercial vehicles * Working in a fast paced, well equipped Bodyshop What kind of person we are looking for?: * Previous experience of painting, prepping and polishing * Excellent attention to detail * Must be able to work under own initiative as well as being a team player * Happy working in a fast paced, busy workshop * Full driving licence
