The role of Automotive Aftersales Specialist is a critical one to ensure this, and a deep understanding of the aftersales business is a key attribute needed to support the business. On top of what you already know, you will learn extensive new technical skills to give you the ability to turn data into information. What will you be doing as an Automotive Aftersales Specialist: * Monitoring the incoming data flow from dealers, DMS providers and manufacturers for all UK and global markets and reporting completeness status within agreed Service Level Agreements. * Liaising directly with dealer and manufacturer clients in both the UK and globally. * Being accountable for the timely resolution and escalation of all problems relating to the DMS. data in accordance with agreed SLA targets. * Responding to support queries assigned by the internal Helpdesk. * Being accountable for the quality and integrity of data from the point of acquisition through to input into the Data Warehouse. * Proactively investigating quality issues where necessary. * Carrying out ad-hoc project work. * Liaising with individuals and managers within the various business teams * On-site visits to our dealer and manufacturer clients within the UK will be required to support the client facing teams. * A reasonable amount of flexibility will be expected during peaks of activity to ensure business objectives are met. * To meet the changing needs of the business, any other reasonable duties as requested by your manager. About you as a Automotive Service Advisor: * A minimum of two years’ practical experience in an Aftersales role within the Retail Motor Trade, Automotive Manufacturer, DMS supplier or associated industry. * Detailed knowledge of Keyloop Autoline would be a distinct advantage. * Able to assess relative business priorities based on a solid understanding of customer satisfaction and revenue implications. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel. * Customer focused. * Able to deliver consistently high standards of work. * Logical thinking, accuracy and attention to detail. * Able to work without close supervision. * Flexibility to work on more than one project at once. * Able to meet challenging deadlines
