Key Responsibilities: * Assist in Managing the fleet to ensure maximum utilisation. * Maintain a positive and proactive working environment. * Awareness of competitor activity and acting accordingly * Identify and secure new business. * Provide excellent customer service for both internal and external. * Build close relationships with customers to gain trust and repeat business. * Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner. * Work as part of a team and adopt a flexible approach to increase and maintain the quality of service. * Provide accurate information to customers. * Ability to initiate and drive change. * Qualify potential customers and minimise risk. We are looking for candidates for this key role who have preferably worked in the vehicle rental sector, although consideration will be given to candidates from other closely related sectors
