Questech Automotive are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Centre Manager to support the day-to-day running of a centre for an industry leading client. You’ll help lead the team, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure operations run smoothly. Key responsibilities: * Support the Centre Manager in daily operations * Lead and motivate staff * Ensure high standards of service and compliance * Handle customer enquiries and issues About you: * Strong leadership and communication skills * Organised, proactive, and customer-focused * Experience in a supervisory or management role preferred * Experience within an automotive environment is preferred Hours: You will be working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.
