We are looking for an Assistant Bodyshop Manager for a Company: Working for one of the UKs largest family Automotive groups, with multiple high end prestigous brands. Job Role: As an Assistant Bodyshop Manager the role will provide an enjoyable challenging position for the right candidate heading up a team of highly skilled and enthusiastic Bodyshop productives, valet team and ensuring to meet the demands of the new and used vehicle preparation by leading a first class vehicle Prep team Experience/ Qualifications: * Strong Leadership Skills * Estimating Experience * Great Negotiating Skills * Knowledge of Microsoft office, previous experience using Bodyshop Management systems would be advantageous but not essential * A keen eye for detail * Ensuring that Customer satisfaction is maintained at all times * Experience of working in a Bodyshop or with Aftersales processes, currently be in a customer facing or managerial role and will possess modern leadership skills.
