Assistant Autocentre Manager Type of the role:                               Full-time, permanent Location:                                             Warrington Salary:                                                  £28000- £32000+DOE Hours:                                                   41.5 hours per week Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM You’ll be given a day off within a week if you’re working on Saturday. Saturday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM If you’d be working on Sunday from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm the overtime with an extra £1,507.68 (added to your yearly salary on rota basic every other week) will be paid to you. Holidays:                                             Holiday entitlement 28 days a year including bank holidays. As the business grows, they are now looking to grow their team and welcome an experienced Automotive Service Cantre Assistant Manager on board. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the centre, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures (safety, compliance, inventory control). Deliver exceptional customer service, minimizing complaints. Achieve all sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow instructions from superiors and collaborate effectively with various departments. Recruit, interview, and train new staff members. Identify training needs for existing employees to promote development.
