My client is recruiting for an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join their Main Dealer Service Department in the Yeovil area. An excellent opportunity for an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join a high performing team. This role suits an Assistant Aftersales Manager seeking a long term position.

Role:

• This position will involve managing the front of house operation in a fast-paced working environment whist working closely with the Aftersales Manager.
• You will be responsible for managing a team of well performing Service Advisors whilst also being heavily involved in providing the highest standards of customer service to every customer.

Requirement:

• The right individual must have previous motor trade experience. We may consider someone from an independent garage who can show the knowledge, confidence and driven manner.
• Have a steady work history
• At least 2 years' experience working within the motor trade / car/Commercial dealership as a senior Service Advisor/Service Team Manager
• Pinnacle or Kerridge experience is preferable but not essential. Having experience with some sort of dealership system.
• Looking for a confident, friendly and professional individual with a strong customer service background and the ability to display strong man management skills.
