Adecco have an exciting new opportunity to work as an Assembly Operative with an innovative, global company, near Sudbury specialising in healthcare diagnostics manufacturing. Start: ASAP Duration: 6-12-month contracts available Location: Sudbury, CO10 £12ph (PAYE) Multiple shifts available Late shift: 10.15-05.45 Sun - Thursday Afternoon Shift: Mon - Thurs 2.15 - 10.15. Fri 2.15 - 8.45 Morning Shift: Mon - Fri 6:00 -14:00 Multiple vacancies - we are seeking several operatives currently. A great chance for an operative with experience in a production environment to be a part of the team assisting with revolutionary leaps in the healthcare sector! Qualities we look for; As much as previous manufacturing experience is advantageous, training will be provided so is not essential. We are looking for motivated individuals, who are target and quality driven. An ideal candidate will have worked in a production operative or assembly operative or shop floor position previously. Good eye for detail Health and Safety conscious Driven and motivated individual Ability to build, develop and maintain positive working relationships Be comfortable to support overtime (paid at an increased rate) Happy working in a fast-paced production environment. Be able to follow repeatable processes with a good eye for detail. Responsibilities; Performing quickly revolving generic assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Assembles parts, semi-products, or components, according to plan. Uses limited number of specialised tools. May perform prescribed quality sight checks or checks on functionality.
