We are looking to recruit Experienced Assembly Operators for work for a world leader in engine boosting turbo systems in the Handforth area working days Monday - Friday. Std 37 hours per week Duties will include: Rotating between manufacturing & re manufacturing of the turbo charges * Assembly of different sized turbo chargers, performing quality checks to ensure the turbo charger meets the job specification. * Dis assembly of turbos for re manufacturing , stripping and tear down, with accurate recording of data working and accurate scrap rates, failure and outputs * Working to high specifications and targets. * Flexible to work within all areas and have a good understanding of the different processes * Using different hand tools and able to interpret diagrams * Meeting targets and working within different teams. * Quality checking all processes of assembly Skills Required: * Previous assembly experience and using different hand tools * Health & safety conscious * Physically fit to carry out heavy manual duties. * Good communication skills.
