Position: Assembly Operative Location: Loughborough / LE11 What You'll Be Doing: * Performing assembly tasks according to standard procedures and specifications. * Ensuring the quality of assembled products by adhering to strict quality standards and conducting thorough inspections. * Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy. * Collaborating with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and achieve collective goals. * Following all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment. * Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing ideas to enhance productivity and efficiency. What We're Looking For: * Attention to detail. * Team player. * Flexible approach. * Positive can-do attitude. * Read and understand technical drawings. * Previous experience in assembly and despatch will beneficial. * Forklift certified – not essential, beneficial. Additional information: * Pay rate: £12.00 - £18.75 (OT available) * Shift pattern: Monday-Friday * Working hours: 06:00-14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 * Assignment: Temporary / on going Please note that no minimum experience or formal qualifications are required for this role and training will be provided on site.
