To promote the sales of Manufacturers’ parts.
To complete comprehensive practical training within the dealership.Key Responsibilities
• To assist the parts personnel and department, in the control of all incoming stock, materials, returns and relevant paperwork.
• To maintain general tidiness of department.
• To assist in the efficient operation of the department.
• To receive, unload, identify and accurately check goods from suppliers and enter into stock.
• To report to seniors any discrepancies and damages.
• To ensure the security of all company property.
• To complete and update a work experience portfolio with the cooperation of the training assessor
• To attend college on block release on a regular basis and to ensure a high standard of behaviour, attendance and conduct is maintained in line with Mercedes Benz expectation
• To carry out any additional duties as requested and agreed.
• To ultimately learn all aspects of the parts department to include trade team and back counter parts sales
Key Performance Measures
• Completion of all relevant qualifications
• Assist parts personnel in the efficient running of the parts department
• Accurately check goods from suppliers and enter into stockAs a customer service apprentice, you will receive mentoring in the workplace and training from Remit Group to help develop your skills and achieve your Level 2
On successful completion, you will receive:
• Level 1 / Level 2 Functional Skills in English & Maths (if required)
• Level 2 in Customer Service
