Key Responsibilities: Design and Development: Design and develop advanced antenna systems for avionics and aerospace applications. Antenna Analysis: Perform comprehensive antenna analysis using industry-standard tools and methodologies. RF Testing: Conduct RF testing and validation to ensure antenna performance meets required specifications. Low Observable Design: Design antennas with a focus on low observable (LO) characteristics to minimize detection. Radar Cross Section Reduction: Implement techniques to achieve low radar cross section (RCS) in antenna designs. Prototyping: Build and test prototypes to validate design concepts and performance. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including RF engineers, system engineers, and product managers. Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in antenna design and RF testing, with a focus on avionics and aerospace applications. Technical Skills: Proficiency in antenna analysis and design tools (e.g., HFSS, CST Microwave Studio, ADS). Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory and antenna principles.
