Actively support, promote and contribute to continuous improvement ideas and activity to ensure that progressive gains in efficiency are maintained. Qualifications Completion of a recognised Engineering apprenticeship or a relevant higher education qualification Experience of Engineering within a maintenance environment The ability to work individually as well as within a team across all functions on site, demonstrating a pro active and flexible attitude and supporting business targets and Company goals You must have an eye for _Continuous Improvement” Attention to detail and be self-motivated Enthusiastic attitude, coupled with good teamwork & communication skills GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English Good knowledge of H & S Legislation and some knowledge of COSHH Structural repairs experience preferable Electrical Qualification advantageous but not essential.
