Arden White Recruitment is working with a well-known aviation business to recruit experienced Aircraft Fitters / Mechanics for a contract role. What you'll be doing: * Carry out aircraft maintenance tasks under supervision * Support cleaning, servicing, and movement of aircraft * Operate equipment such as forklifts (training provided) * Maintain a safe and tidy working environment * Assist with hangar operations and general support tasks What we're looking for: * Previous aircraft maintenance experience or similar background * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment * Reliable and a good team player * Able to work 12-hour day shifts (7am–7pm) on a rotating pattern What’s on offer: * Competitive hourly rate (paid weekly) * Day shift rotation: 5-on/5-off, 4-on/5-off, 5-on/4-off * Pension scheme * 20 days’ holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service) * Sick pay (after probation) * Immediate start If you're ready for your next role in aviation, apply today.
