Job Description: Due to ongoing and continuous growth an urgent requirement for permanent aircraft fitters has been highlighted. As an aircraft fitter, you will be expected to demonstrate the high level of skill and knowledge required to carry out maintenance repairs and modifications to a variety of aircraft, safely, on time and within budget. Duties will include: Scheduled aircraft maintenance and servicing Unscheduled aircraft maintenance including defect rectification to aircraft systems and components Repairs to airframe structures All levels of modifications to aircraft structures, systems and interiors Related duties, including operation of ground equipment, assistance in aircraft movements and aircraft delivery There are opportunities for being a part of Contract Working Parties. This relates to the requirement for Marshall to carry out maintenance, repairs and modifications to customers aircraft anywhere in the world. As a fitter, your role has, by necessity, a very high level of quality control in order to maintain the aircraft safely and to regulatory standards. There is a requirement of you to gain a developed understanding or Marshall processes and procedures in order to be compliant with these standards.
