At Heritage, you will work side by side with some of the most knowledgeable and passionate individuals the industry has to offer. The Role As an Aftersales Specialist, you will be at the forefront of providing a professional service to customers while their vehicles are with us, tracking progress through our workshops, and liaising with colleagues within the workshop and parts department. You will offer customers additional work requirements and costs, schedule and record work, and maintain an efficient and courteous manner throughout. You will also provide exceptional administrative support to the aftersales team by assisting with file auditing, booking services, preparing orders, and invoicing. Additionally, you will inspire and excite customers with in-depth product information and insight, promoting and connecting customer cars to the latest apps, keeping them updated with product information, and building a genuine rapport. About You You will be a team player with experience in a customer-focused role, preferably within the automotive or high-end industry, although this is not essential. You will have a flexible and proactive approach with excellent time management and administrative skills. A passion for delivering excellent customer service, along with a determination to expand your knowledge and inspire others, is crucial. You will demonstrate enthusiasm and self-motivation to excel in customer service aligned with brand and group standards. While you don’t need to be a current brand expert, an appetite to learn will be supported by our award-winning in-house training to allow you to develop and become our expert. This role is a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy meeting people and working in a highly successful and motivated team. A Full UK Driving Licence is required.
