Aftersales Manager £60,000 Basic Salary | £90,000 OTE (100% Performance) | £120,000 OTE (125% Performance) | Company Car Whetstone Permanent | Full Time Monday to Friday (8:00am – 6:00pm) Our client, a successful prestige main dealership based in Whetstone, is looking to recruit an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead its high-performing Aftersales operation. This is an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished Aftersales Manager with a proven track record of driving workshop performance, customer satisfaction and profitability within a main dealer environment. You'll be responsible for leading a department of approximately 20 team members, including around 8 Technicians, ensuring the highest operational standards while developing and motivating your team. Offering a £60,000 basic salary, a £90,000 OTE, with the opportunity to earn up to £120,000 through exceptional performance, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful prestige dealership. Duties & Responsibilities * Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the Aftersales department. * Drive workshop efficiency, productivity and profitability across Service, Parts and Workshop operations. * Lead, motivate and develop a team of approximately 20 staff, including around 8 Technicians. * Monitor departmental KPIs and implement strategies to maximise performance. * Deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and ensure outstanding customer retention. * Work closely with senior management to achieve departmental and business objectives. * Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, health & safety requirements and dealership processes. * Recruit, coach and develop staff, creating a positive and high-performing team culture. * Oversee workshop loading, labour sales, parts performance and departmental profitability. Your Background & Skills * Previous Aftersales Management experience within a main dealership is essential. * Experience within a prestige or VAG dealership is highly desirable, although exceptional candidates from other main dealer backgrounds will be considered. * Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage, motivate and develop successful teams. * Excellent commercial awareness with a track record of delivering strong financial results. * Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. * Highly organised with excellent communication and people management skills. * Full UK Driving Licence.
