They are currently seeking an Aftersales Manager. This role will be a great fit for you if you: * Lead and inspire your team to deliver the highest levels of customer service and achieve site and individual goals. * Monitor compliance with all statutory regulations and ensure quality and service standards are met. * Control cost management for the department. * Collaborate with managers across various departments to ensure a unified, positive approach to teamwork and customer service. * Work with relevant departments such as marketing, IT, and HR to uphold company values and ensure correct processes and policies are followed. * Ensure site and departmental KPIs are met through robust leadership and a hands-on approach. * Lead and develop apprentices. * Manage, coach, and motivate employees to ensure a high quality of staff. * Establish business objectives and personal development goals with employees, and monitor performance against agreed targets. * Conduct appraisals with your team every September and follow up with regular one-on-ones and personal development plans. * Build strong working relationships with customers. Qualifications * At least 2-3 years working experience for aftersales manager and sales and operation management * Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills * Excellent analytical skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively in a team * GCSE or above
