Aftersales Manager – Buckinghamshire Salary: 45k basic, 70k OTE + car + fuel + benefits Currently looking for a Aftersales Manager / After Sales Manager / Service Manager for YOLO Recruitments Client who are a busy car dealership close to High Wycombe. This role will be looking after 20 members of staff. You will need to have previous Aftersales Manager / After Sales Manager / Service Manager experience within a main or franchised car dealership / workshop. The successful Aftersales Manager / After Sales Manager / Service Manager will do the following duties: * Ensuring all members of the Aftersales team understand their role and monitoring performance against agreed customer service targets * Leading the team by personally demonstrating and encouraging the team * Managing the day to day operations of the Service Department to ensure the achievement of key targets (e.g. workshop loading, labour sales or parts sales) * Ensuring the Aftersales team follow key processes in day-to-day working. * Continuously reviewing and improving After Sales processes and systems to deliver increased levels of customer satisfaction whilst maximising profitability * Planning and managing parts mix and stock levels to meet customer requirements and minimise cost. * Managing approved sub-contract processes and operations where appropriate * Planning and managing resource requirements e.g. consumables and specialist tools * Managing warranty claims processing, ensuring manufacturer's requirements are followed * Monitoring staff training needs, ensuring training and development plans are in place and up to date for all members of the team Hours for the Aftersales Manager / After Sales Manager / Service Manager are Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00.
