ROLE: Head of Aftersales – Automotive SALARY: £50,000 + Bonus + Company Car LOCATION: Hinckley (office based) THE COMPANY: Red Rock is working in partnership with a leading and fast-growing used car dealership group who is seeking a highly experienced Head of Aftersales to lead its Aftersales, Warranty, and Customer Service operations at its head office in Hinckley. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving operational performance, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction across the aftersales function.
