Our client based in Norwich is looking for an Aftersales Advisor to join their Service team. Our client is well established Automotive dealer and due to continued growth, they are looking to grow their team. The Aftersales Advisor will work across both Service and Parts and will be given extensive training on joining the business. Ideally our client is looking for someone who is VAG qualified however they will consider candidates from main dealerships. Responsibilities of the Aftersales advisor is: To be considered for this position you will have strong automotive service advisor experience, ideally from a franchised dealership. We will also be looking for the following skills: • Excellent organisational and administrative skills • Great attention to detail • Experience using computer software systems, ideally Kerridge • Assisting the aftersales manager in the day to day running of the service department • Advising customers using the company systems and resource to ensure complete customer satisfaction • Ensuring quotes and charges are recorded accurately, and invoices and paid in line with guidelines • Working in collaboration with the sales department, to ensure the cohesive running of the site.
