FT Recruitment are looking for a candidate to work with our brilliant client in Hinckley. The successful candidate should have excellent PC and telephone skills, be able to build relationships with a wide range of people, whilst resolving any issue that comes their way. We require Automotive experience for this position. The role - * Coordinate service activity between customers, warranty companies, and repair agents in an efficient and courteous manner * Responding to customer enquires * Taking inbound calls & making outbound calls * Dealing with any customer complaints * Interpreting customer concerns and comments * Liaising with customers and keeping them updated * Advising customers on how to resolve issues with their vehicles * Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified, and successfully managed
