NEW AFTERSALES ADVISOR JOB Bournemouth Salary: 25k basic, 32k ote + benefits YOLO Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our client’s dealership in the Christchurch xarea. You will need to have experience as a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor and a full UK driving license. Duties of the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor : * Sell additional products, services and repair works * Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available * Approach all customers and assist with requests * Maintain effective liaison with sales, parts and workshop team * Ensure the tidiness of the service reception area to promote the professional image * Maintain a presence at the service reception desk, ensuring that all customer queries whether in person or on the telephone are answered * Answer customer’s questions regarding technical problems * Notify customers promptly of completion of work * Handle all customer complaints * To provide customer estimates * Invite the customer to talk about a vehicle problem directly with the technician, therefore aiding first time fix and improving customer satisfaction * Give a quote (price) to the customer both verbally and written formats Hours for the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor : Monday to Friday 8.00 – 5.30 (shifts are available) and Saturday 1 in 3, 8.30 – 12.30.
