This role plays a key part in supporting flight safety and operational reliability. Key responsibilities: Conduct inspections and determine required repairs on aircraft landing gear components Work in accordance with approved maintenance documentation Collaborate with production teams and other departments Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce processing times and increase efficiency What we're looking for: Completed Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent (preferably in aerospace) Experience working with aircraft components Strong communication and team collaboration skills IT literate and adaptable to new systems Solid mathematical and problem-solving skills Flexible and proactive approach to work Familiarity with Lean Sigma and 5S principles is a plus
