Your new company We are currently working with a company who are looking for temporary administrators for a period of approx 4-6 weeks but could be extended. The roles are Monday -Friday 9am -5pm. Paying £10.50ph until the NMW goes up to £11.44 in April. Your new role Assisting with paperwork Providing administrative support to the HR department Data entry and record keeping Filing and organizing sensitive information within the system Scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating conference room bookings Assisting in internal and external communication, including responding to inquiries What you\'ll need to succeed ·Good understanding of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel & Outlook ·Keyboard skills ·Attention to detail ·Work as a part of the team with a confident and can-do attitude What you\'ll get in return Free parking on site Weekly pay.
