Accounts Assistant   Job Title: Accounts Assistant Location: Swindon Salary: up to £28'000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5pm My client a commercial vehicle dealership group are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team in Swindon.   Accounts Assistant Duties: Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations Monthly processing of fixed assets and depreciation Consolidate weekly forecasts Daily reconciliation of the bank account Process PDQ, cash, cheque and direct debit receipts and chase sites for invoice allocation receipts Process warranty self-billing (SBI) payments Code and authorise orders and invoices Process employee expense claim forms Monthly sustainability reporting Monthly VAT checks Prepare and post journals Prepare intercompany transfer documents (IDJVs) Assist other colleagues as necessary and carry out ad hoc tasks as required by the Dealership Accountant  Accounts Assistant Requirements: Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant Strong Excel and data Input skills IT Literate Accuracy and attention to detail.
