Accounts Assistant Basic £24,400 Monday - Friday (No Weekends) Prestige Main Dealer - Liverpool C&B Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced accounts assistant to join a well-respected prestige main dealer in Liverpool Experience as an Accounts Assistant within an automotive Main Dealer is essential. Accounts Assistant Role Overview • Ensure all vehicle bonus accounts are reconciled monthly, and report all outstanding bonus payments • Reconciliation of all vehicle profits on a weekly basis, report to the sales managers on any discrepancies and ensure any adjustments needed to CDK and DOC are made to ensure agreement • Quarterly VAT returns. • Cash-flow forecasting. • Annual and periodic budgeting. • Financial year end audits • Payroll inputting/sign-off. • Deputise for the Head of Group finance as required Requirements: • 3+ Years’ experience. • Automotive Experience. • Stable Career history.
