Search are recruiting on behalf of a well known business who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join them on a permanent basis in their Pulborough site. This role is supporting purchase ledger accounts and overall running of the finance department. Role: Accounts Assistant Location: Pulborough Contract: Monday - Friday with hybrid working of 2 days at home and 3 in the office Salary: £26,500 This business are willing to support with further educations such as AAT/ACCA. To be successful for shortlisting, you will need to drive due to the location. Job responsibilities: * Processing of invoices * Reconcile balances and statements * Manage aged credit reports * Prepare monthly supplier payment runs * Process new supplier requests * Upload daily BACS payments * Preparation of month end balance reports * Manage the accounts inbox relating to your responsibilities Experience required: * Experience working within an accounts departments where you have completed the above responsibilities in the past 12 - 18 months+ * Organised individual * Able to work within a fast paced environment * Excellent attention to detail If this sounds like the next career move for you, apply now!
