You will be on hand to provide essential accounts support to the finance team through duties such as: Credit Control - Emailing monthly statements and chasing debtors for payment. Invoice Management - Entering purchase invoices and generating invoices. Receipt Handling - Entering and sorting receipts. Payment Reconciliation - Reconciling incoming payments from the website on Sage Line 50. Office Administration - Performing various clerical tasks such as filing, handling mail, making phone calls, replying to emails, and bookkeeping. What you'll need to succeed We are looking for someone with previous experience in an accounts assistant or similar role. Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage is ideal, but we will consider experience with other software such as QuickBooks, Workday, PeopleSoft, and Xero. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Good understanding of basic accounting principles and practices. The ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues on finance projects.
