Account Manager Account Manager – B2B Sales & Customer Service Location: Biggleswade Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 + Profit Share Scheme Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Early finish on Fridays) The Role We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to manage a portfolio of 10-20 varied accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship management, following up on leads, and providing outstanding service. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop 10-20 key accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and excellent service Follow up on warm leads and identify opportunities for account growth Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer service A proactive approach to building and maintaining strong client relationships Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively A Full UK Driving License is required An interest in high performance vehicles would be desirable but not essential Perks & Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays (some time required for Christmas) Birthday off!
