A world leading manufacturer of interior products within the aerospace industry are looking for a Lead Design Engineer to manage and develop the existing team. The Lead Design Engineer will be responsible for leading, managing and developing the current team.

As a Lead Design Engineer you will be responsible for:

-Building and managing your own design team

-Providing technical knowledge to the team

-Organising design reviews

-Leading design input within customer meetings

The successful Lead Design Engineer will be:

Strip, Fit and Polish! Just a day in the life of a Paint Sprayer getting £11.25 per hour (limited) for a contract job in Leighton Buzzard.

You'll be working in a busy refurbishment / fleet environment and would be ideal for Paint Sprayers who are used to working in a fast paced automotive workshop. As a team player, you will be working with a fast and efficient team who all rely on each other to complete the job to high spec.

You'll be working around 40 hours per week on days and nights, with overtime depending
