Our client a Prestige dealership in Mayfair London are looking for a Parts Supervisor to join their team. Manage the day to day operation of the front of house reception to provide an excellent customer experience for those customers contacting the dealership in person or by telephone. To ensure the smooth transfer of the customer through each stage of the sales process. To effectively interpret, order and supply customer parts requirements, ensuring that the commercial and operational requirements are met at all times.
