SRG are actively looking for a Market Expert within Aerospace Industries, for a Chemical Manufacturing company.
The main focus of the role is to actively support the Business Development / Sales functions of the company, by providing expert Advice to Internal Sales and Engineering Teams, as well as to existing and new Clients.
To be the first point of contact when dealing with breakdown calls from our customers, keeping the caller updated at all relevant stages of the breakdown.
Take breakdown calls from customers, branch managers and drivers etc.
Determine the vehicle in question by typing the registration into the Vehicle Details screen
Record all relevant information taken during the initial call on an ISO breakdown sheet.
Load the breakdown sheet information into the Call Logging computer system.
Confirm exact location of breakdown using a Map Point system
To lead the Sales team to identify and develop new customers, as well as working with existing customers, to create a customer base capable of delivering the Company's current and future sales revenue and margin budgets.
