Service Advisor: Bristol

The Role:

Dealing with inbound service booking calls

Allocating work to technicians

Upselling on service plans, add-ons and other products offered

Liaising with the workshop to ensure vehicle is ready at stated time

Updating customers whilst their car is in the workshop

Increasing product knowledge through regular training

Building and maintaining relationships with customers
