Job Title: Sales/Service Advisor Location: Feltham Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per year Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:45 am - 5:30 pm Saturday: 7:45 am - 2:00 pmOverview: Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales/Service Advisor. This role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to efficiently manage the communication between customers and our workshop. The ideal candidate will not only possess excellent customer service and administrative skills but also have a solid understanding of mechanics and automotive processes. Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service, serving as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop. Advise customers on necessary work for their vehicles, providing accurate quotes and overseeing jobs from start to finish. Liaise with the workshop to monitor vehicle status and ensure accurate completion of work. Communicate any additional work required to customers before it is carried out. Order stock for service items and create work orders for jobs. Offer expert advice on products and services to customers, drawing on mechanic/automotive knowledge. Maintain accurate and timely paperwork and ensure parts ordered are correctly stocked. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow professionally, with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional customer care.Requirements: Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with keen attention to detail. Strong mechanic/automotive knowledge. Interest in the motor trade preferred but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Flexibility to work Saturdays as required.Benefits: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. 2 days off per month.
