The appropriate Workshop Controller will be always ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of the workshop, planning incoming work, assisting each area to optimise its workflow so that jobs are ultimately managed and progressed to completion in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal applicant will have hands on experience and qualifications in the motor industry with excellent customer service skills, a desire to succeed and the ability to develop and drive a successful team.  Role & Responsibilities of Workshop Controller: Promoting and maintaining the Company image, acting as a brand ambassador. Delivering outstanding customer service.
