Maximising sales opportunities through the workshop. The allocation of jobs to the technicians Ensuring that any warranty work deemed to be necessary is correctly diagnosed and is authorised You must have previous experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of processes and customer service. This is a large prestige workshop, within a state-of-the-art dealership facility.
