NEW WORKSHOP CONTROLLER JOB Tunbridge Wells, Kent Salary: 35k basic, 44k OTE + BENEFITS YOLO Recruitment is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller or someone that has worked as a Service Advisor and a Technician wanting to make the next step in their career. The successful candidate will assist management to achieve the highest possible CSI scores, lead and support a team of skilled technicians and promote a positive and productive work environment, oversee the daily activities of the workshop. The Workshop Controller will also understand how to maximise hours sold, drive revenue per transaction, and ensuring 100% adherence. Hours for the Workshop Controller / Workshop Manager are Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00. NO SATURDAY ROTA.
