As a Factory Visitor Experience (FVE) Manager, you will play a leading role in setting up the operations and bedding in the processes as part of the Triumph FVE launch strategy. You will ensure delivery of a high-quality customer experience to all visitors by managing the FVE through the Visitor Centre and Factory Tour whilst be responsible for the effective deployment, cost effectiveness, performance management and output monitoring of all Triumph FVE staff ensuring that all obligations for the security and the duty of care of all display assets are fulfilled. You should also be a keen motorcyclist who has a true passion for motorcycling history and development. Your duties will involve delivering a key brand asset for all markets (in-particular the Northern Europe region) via both a class leading Triumph Factory Visitor Experience and Factory Tour offering that. You will provide a physical destination for Triumph Customers, brand advocates, motorcycle enthusiasts and everyone interested in Triumph, to positively engage with the brand and build their appreciation and affinity. Aid the delivery of, and build, awareness of our brand story, our key brand values, our engineering excellence and our passionate championship of the customer achieving the (perfect) Ride. Reinforce our Premium Brand Position in both the physical experience and the level of engagement and interaction as well as representing the optimum balance of cost vs revenue and a central focus on the customer experience over any secondary functions.
