Vehicle Administrator, Paying £12.50 an hr with Overtime paid at x1.5 Permanent Position, Day Shifts Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30 pm Location of the Vehicle Administrator: Cleckheaton A leading Vehicle Conversion company requires a Vehicle Administrator to support the current team with the delivery of incoming and outgoing vehicles as they go through the conversion process. The position is varied and fast paced, processing documentation, and keeping accurate records with the ICT database the company uses. The ideal candidate will have come from an Automotive background however this isn't essential as full training will be given. We would welcome people to apply who may have worked as a Service Advisor, Fleet coordinators or a Fleet Administrator. Main duties of the Vehicle Administrator: Organising and completing documentation associated with the incoming and outgoing of vehicles. Liaise with engineers on the shop floor. Keep accurate records. Good IT skills - using Microsoft office packages such as Word, Excell, outlook General admin duties and general support the team with day-to-day tasks.
