Duties: - Provide a good quality vehicle damage estimate which outlines all visible damage, repair method, and required parts - Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Assist customers with vehicle repair inquiries, including additional insurance claim information, timescales, and product information. - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate repair methods and additional services. - Utilize the vehicle repair management system to document vehicle damage, work provider interactions and update repair profiles. - Communicate effectively with customers and work providers through various channels, including phone, email, and in person. -Ensure all repairs are estimated to BS10125 industry standard. Qualifications: - Previous experience in a Vehicle Damage Assessor role is essential. - A level 3 or ATA qualification is preferred but not essential as training can be provided. - Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. - Proficient in using windows and Microsoft office. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a good knowledge of the accident repair industry.
