As an Apprentice Parts Advisor, you will embark on a comprehensive training program that blends hands-on experience with structured learning. You will work closely with our experienced Parts Advisors, gaining a deep understanding of parts operations, inventory management, customer service, and technical knowledge. This role will provide you with a solid foundation to excel in the automotive industry and prepare you for a rewarding career as a Parts Advisor. Responsibilities * Learn to identify and locate automotive parts based on customer inquiries and vehicle specifications. * Collaborate with the service and repair teams to ensure timely and accurate part orders. * Develop technical knowledge of automotive parts and their functions. * Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
