Key Responsibilities: * Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes covering a wide range of automotive technical subjects and utilising various training methods to engage learners, ensuring that the content is accessible and adaptable to all learning styles and backgrounds. * Create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom or workshop environment, encouraging participation and collaboration among all delegates. * Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance the training curriculum and maintain relevance. * Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and mentorship to delegates, assisting them in developing their technical skills and problem-solving abilities. * Collaborate with the wider People Development team to assess the effectiveness of training programmes and implement improvements based on feedback and performance evaluations. MEET THE MANAGER Scott is the Technical Training Manager, and he is looking for someone to join the team who has proven teaching or training experience and can effectively convey technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner, whilst ensuring every in-dividual feels valued and respected. The successful candidate will have experience in the automotive industry, with a background in technology, diagnostics, and repair.
