As a Strip Fitter, you will be responsible for dismantling and reassembling vehicle components to prepare vehicles for repair and finishing. Key Responsibilities: * Safely strip damaged vehicles to prepare for repair, including removal of trims, panels, and components. * Refit vehicle parts and panels after repairs, ensuring proper alignment and functionality. * Diagnose and resolve any fitting issues during reassembly. * Maintain a high standard of workmanship to meet manufacturer and customer expectations. * Ensure health and safety standards are met in all work undertaken. * Keep workspaces clean and organized. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Strip Fitter in an automotive environment. * Competence in removing and refitting vehicle parts with precision. * Knowledge of vehicle systems and components. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work. * Own tools are required.
